• Make sure your smoke alarms work and have new batteries.
• Inspect all your heating sources including AC and water boilers.
• Keep your oven and stove clean and clear of unnecessary debris.
• Ensure your washer and dryer are in working order
• Safely store and use flammable materials or products.
• Ensure all electrical outlets and cords are properly functioning.
• practice caution with candles and open flames.
